LESBIAN NANNY: EXPANDING SUPPORT FOR ALTERNATIVE FAMILIES
The “gayby boom” has increased the number of LGBT families in the US, however, many childcare professionals have been reluctant to come out, making it difficult for families to find trustworthy, accepting or LGBT childcare providers. Lauren Kinsey, a Philadelphia-based Professional Nanny is blazing a trail as an openly lesbian childcare provider.
