Community Action Financial Services, a program of CACLV, offers counseling to landlords and tenants on understanding their rights and responsibilities; also offering home ownership counseling to first-time homebuyers; the Family Savings Account Program helps people save money for long term goals including buying a home, home repair, car puchase, and education, while receiving a 100% match on their savings. Services are free, household income limits only on the FSA program.
